Sean Penn, looking like he doesn't really want to be there...and of course he announces Hilary Swank as the winner. Before he does, can I profess my love for Catalina Sandino Moreno? Andean women are quite possibly the most beautiful in Spanish-speaking universe. And Maria Full of Grace was an excellent movie to boot.
After seeing the back of the dress again, I have second thoughts about Swank's gown. That dips awfully close to buttcrack territory, and for that I give the outfit high marks. And congrats to a Washingtonian for winning her 2nd statuette.
